JUDGE PRO TEM. District Court, King County, Pierce County, 2010-2016. Substantial experience with infractions, small claims, anti-harassment orders, arraignments, pretrial diversion agreements, deferred sentences, violation hearings, guilty pleas, and miscellaneous civil orders.

ARBITRATOR. Superior Court in the counties of King, Snohomish, Thurston, and Mason, 2010-present. MAR practice limited to tort litigation.

ATTORNEY. Seattle, 1992-2004. Practice limited to the representation of injured persons.

STAY-AT-HOME-DAD. Bellevue, 2004-2010. Duties included diapers, stroller logistics, and food.

ADJUNCT PROFESSOR. University of Puget Sound, Central Washington University, Everett Community College, Edmonds Community College, 1993-1996. Taught environmental, business, constitutional, and family law to undergraduates.
